Sam has worked with HR systems for 20+ years. During these years, he has taken up several HR roles: HR analyst, HR systems manager, and HR technology transformation leader, and spearheaded global, complex HR transformations within multiple industries.

 His contributions have helped reshape the trajectory of HR in numerous countries. Sam has a gift of seeing complex HR challenges from a unique standpoint that ushers in fresh, innovative ideas. This, coupled with his deep understanding of HR, HR systems, IT, and wider business processes, has allowed him to excel as an HR project consultant.

 In his capacity, Sam has played an instrumental role in aiding several top-of-the-line companies to tackle unique HR challenges across the full HR system implementation lifecycle. From handling the entire project, and recommending the right solutions to changing the trajectory of projects facing resources, vendors, or ROI roadblocks.

 Aside from being one of the brightest minds in HR systems & talent management, Sam is a great surfer. He spent 12 years in Australia, living close to the beach, enjoying the ocean’s wonders, the city’s thrills, and his career in HR. He now resides with his family and loved ones in his hometown, Kent, UK.
