Janna is responsible for bringing the SJT vision to life through creating best practices and driving execution for SJT’s operations. 

Prior to co-founding SJT Consulting Group, Janna has held various positions in project and operations management leading and managing large, complex projects and programmes across a wide range of segments, sectors and geographies in both the public and private sector, in start-ups and in multi-billion dollar corporations.Consistently delivering projects on time and within budget, one of Janna’s biggest accomplishments was the delivery of the largest multiyear  North American rail transformation program.

Janna graduated with a BSc (honours) in Computer Science from the University of the West Indies. Having travelled the world and living in multiple countries (including the Cayman Islands, Canada and Australia), Janna now calls the UK home.
